Is there any commitment?
Usually not. We believe that if the service is good, there's no need to tie anyone down with contracts. For complex custom development, though (the kind that takes detailed specs, ongoing work together and fine-tuning), we'll ask for a short commitment up front, just so we don't build an entire system only for you to fly off to the moon without saying goodbye ;)
What is your refund policy?
We believe in transparency and quality service, so we offer a refund within 30 days, under the following conditions:
- New customers only – the refund policy applies to a first purchase only, not to returning customers.
- Custom development is excluded – work such as websites, systems or automations built to your specs involves a dedicated investment, so it is not refundable.
- One time only – each customer can request a refund once.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Of course. You can cancel at any time (unless a commitment was agreed) by logging in to the system My account and clicking the cancel subscription button, or by contacting us by phone / WhatsApp.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time by logging in to your account and choosing the plan you want.
- You'll be charged the price difference between your current plan and the new one.
- Your new plan takes effect immediately, and the new price applies from your next billing cycle.
What does support look like?
All our customers get ongoing support over WhatsApp, and by phone when needed.
Customers on the 
plan can also book calls with a project manager for advice, guidance and keeping everything in sync.
