Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on: October 2, 2026

Our Commitment to Accessibility

The weblane.co.il website is operated by weblane. We want everyone who visits the site to be able to read about it, understand what we do and get in touch with us, regardless of disability. Accessibility is implemented in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998 and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments for Service) Regulations, 5773-2013.

Level of Accessibility

We work to make the site accessible in accordance with Israeli Standard IS 5568, “Web Content Accessibility Guidelines”, which is based on the W3C’s WCAG 2.0 guidelines, at Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and the parts that are not yet fully accessible are listed below under “Known Limitations”.

Adjustments Made on the Site

  • The page language and text direction are declared, so screen readers pronounce the content correctly.
  • A page structure with defined regions (header, navigation, main content and footer) and headings in a logical hierarchy, so you can navigate by region and by heading.
  • A “Skip to content” link at the start of every page, which appears on the first press of Tab.
  • Menus, pop-up windows and selection fields that can be fully operated with the keyboard, including closing with the Esc key.
  • The contact form has a label for every field, marks required fields, and shows error messages as text and not by color alone.
  • Support for the operating system’s “reduce motion” setting: when it is on, the site’s animations are shown without movement.
  • Alternative text for the logo and for images that convey information, and decorative-only images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Responsive design that adapts to small screens and to browser zoom.

The Accessibility Menu

A round accessibility button appears in the bottom-left corner of every page on the site. You can also open it with the keyboard shortcut Alt+A and close it with the Esc key. The menu lets you adapt the display to your needs:

  • Keyboard navigation: enhanced focus indicator and a skip-to-content link
  • Stop animations and flashing
  • Contrast: dark, light, monochrome and inverted colors
  • Increase and decrease text size (80%-200%)
  • Readable font
  • Highlight headings and highlight links and buttons
  • Line spacing, and letter and word spacing
  • Large mouse cursor
  • Reading guide and reading mask
  • Preset profiles: visually impaired, seizure safe, ADHD, cognitive disability and motor impairment
  • Reset all settings with a single click

Your settings are saved in your browser and apply to every page of the site until you reset them. The accessibility menu is FTO’s free accessibility widget, a weblane product.

Browsers and Assistive Technologies

The site is designed to work with the latest versions of:

  • The Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Safari browsers, on desktop and mobile.
  • The NVDA screen reader on Windows and VoiceOver on macOS and iOS.
  • Keyboard-only navigation, without a mouse.

Known Limitations

We make every effort to keep all pages of the site accessible, but some parts may not yet be fully accessible. These are the limitations we are currently aware of:

  • Animations: the home page has entrance animations and moving elements. They stop when you turn on “Stop animations / flashing” in the accessibility menu or the operating system’s reduce-motion setting, but they run by default.
  • “Special offer” window: a window that appears automatically after some time on the home page. It can be closed with the button inside it.
  • Contrast: a full contrast review of all site components has not yet been carried out. The contrast modes in the accessibility menu are available on every page.
  • Third-party content: external services we link to (such as WhatsApp and the meeting scheduling calendar) are not under our control, and their accessibility is the responsibility of their operators.
  • Settings chosen in the accessibility menu are saved only in the browser where they were applied, and do not carry over between devices.

Accessibility of Our Service

weblane provides its services mainly online: through the website, by phone, on WhatsApp and by email, and introductory calls are held online. If we arrange an in-person meeting, we will gladly make sure in advance that the venue is accessible to you and adapt the meeting to your needs.

Found an Accessibility Issue? We’d Like to Hear About It

If you find content on the site that is not accessible, or you need information in an alternative format, please contact us. We will get back to you within 5 business days at most, and fix the issue as soon as possible.

To help us handle your request quickly, please include:

  • A short description of the problem.
  • The page where you encountered it.
  • The browser and assistive technology you used, if any.
  • A convenient way to get back to you.
