User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated our terms of use.

Payments and Subscriptions

Some of our services require payment. We will provide clear information about costs before you sign up for a paid service.

• Payments are charged in advance and are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.
• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them before the renewal date.
• We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but will give advance notice of any change.

Digital Plus Package - Work Hours Policy

The Digital Plus package includes up to 4 work hours per month. Where the client exceeds the 4 monthly work hours, the client will be charged an additional fee upon closing the account or leaving the service.

• Additional work hours will be calculated at a rate of NIS 125 per hour (NIS 500 divided by 4 hours).
• The charge will be made only upon closing the account or discontinuing the service.
• The client will be notified of the additional work hours in advance, before being charged.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We offer a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• The refund applies only to new clients on their first purchase.
• Custom development work is not covered by the refund policy.
• Each client may request a refund only once.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, and the service will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, clips, code and software, is the property of or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.

In no event shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services.

Changes to the Terms of Use

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. We will give notice of material changes to the terms at least 30 days before they take effect.

Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles.
